Fitness Classes

Classes are designed to help JHHF members achieve their desired level of fitness in a safe and motivating environment. All instructors are certified and many are also part of our highly qualified and capable personal training team. Try one of the best Jackson Hole fitness classes and you will soon be back for more.


Group Fitness/Aerobic - Group Fitness/Aerobic classes range from low intensity to high intensity. Get energized and motivated in a group setting. See the Group Fitness Schedule for more details.

Cycling - The JHHF cycling studio is Jackson's newest and most spacious studio in the valley! Join us for an invigorating, fun workout in one of many indoor cycling classes featuring the latest LeMond™ Revmaster bikes. Our classes are suitable for beginner to advanced exercisers. Cycling is an effective way to cross train and add versatility to your workout.

Mind & Body - By emphasizing the mind-body connection, yoga and Pilates both promote “mindful movement.” Yoga emphasizes flexibility over strength while Pilates emphasizes toning over flexibility.

Our professional staff has only one goal: your health and satisfaction. We truly want to be a part of your day, every day. The equipment and facilities at Jackson Hole Health & Fitness are state-of-the-art and our expert staff and nationally certified professional trainers are here to help you maximize your workout success and reach your personal fitness goals. We offer private, group and team training sessions, as well as additional assessments in the premier Jackson, WY health club.

Upon joining JHHF, you will be introduced to all aspects of the newest of Jackson Hole fitness centers through a New Member Orientation with one of our trainers. This session will help you become familiar with JHHF and jump-start you toward your fitness goals.
