Nataliia Valdizan

Originally from the Ukraine, Nataliia relocated several years ago to the U.S. and is now here permanently to explore all that Jackson has to offer. During here time in Jackson, her love for fitness grew and led to her becoming a personal trainer out of a passion for being healthy, fit and active.

Our area is unique and impressively beautiful and she loves spending her free time outside, hiking, mountain biking and enjoying this vast area.  Natalliia’s experience as a personal trainer began in early 2015 as an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, and she is very passionate about helping people to achieve goals.

My goal, as a trainer is to help people get and stay in shape, while encouraging fitness and good health.

I truly believe in fitness results and that they are intensity dependent.

I’m ready to work with beginners and advance trainees. There is no problem for me to find a great workout routine and nutrition plan depending on your goal. I will help you to eat healthy and workout on 100% of your abilities.

Based on my knowledge from ISSA I’m a believer of weight training and cardio pump. In my opinion those two are inseparable for stronger and healthier body.

So, give yourself a fair shot to become better!

Sarah Adams

Sarah Adams

Sarah grew up in the small town of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and specifically on top of Lookout Mountain. Growing up on and around mountains made falling in love with Jackson instantaneous. Sarah moved to Jackson in the Fall of 2012. She is a certified Body of Arts and Science International (BASI) Pilates instructor. The BASI method is a beautiful combination of both classical and contemporary Pilates. There is a saying in the Pilates world that “there is no ‘fit’ like Pilates Mat fit”… Pilates Mat classes are designed to engage not only the body, but the mind as well. Pilates Mat blends strength and flexibility training while improving posture, and creating a long, lean, and balanced musculature. For Sarah, “Pilates serves as a preventative measure...it provides unparalleled stability, strength, flexibility, focus, and body awareness, all while serving as a ‘reset’ button… The rehabilitation aspect, the extremely adaptive nature, as well as the endless possibilities of Pilates are some of the many reasons [she] loves the method so dearly." Her classes incorporate plenty of core work, as well as strength and stability training and stretching. Sarah is an avid outdoors-woman who loves hiking, fly fishing, skiing, traveling and exploring the back country.
