Scott is a certified trainer thru the American Council on Exercise, USA Weightlifting which focuses on the Olympic Lifts: the Snatch, Clean and Jerk, CrossFit Level 1, and the Adult Development Model. Scott also practices muscle “pliability “, lengthening and softening of muscles thru intense body work and intense “banded” exercises which helps prevent injuries in sports and daily life.
