Our Commitment: To Be The Best Health Club In Jackson
Fifteen years ago, Jackson Hole Health & Fitness opened its doors with one goal—give our valley a place where every resident could find their way to be fit. Fast Forward to today, and we’ve completed a $160K remodel that turns that promise up a notch.

Full Body Fusion Workouts for Total-Body Fitness
One of the most exciting aspects of our remodel is the introduction of full-body fusion workouts. This training style combines a variety of exercise equipment and techniques to engage every muscle group in one session, giving you a comprehensive head-to-toe workout.

Functional Strength Training at JHHF
We see the body as an interconnected system, ensuring we address all muscle groups and movement patterns—focusing on full body strength training through classes like our Full Body Fusion program. This 50-minute class uses free weights, plates, steps, BOSU balls, kettlebells, and bands for targeted and interval training, complementing our Thursday morning high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class.

The Importance of Strength Training Routines
Strength training routines also ensure you are hitting all major muscle groups. Many people make the mistake of focusing primarily on upper body or lower body movements, but a balanced approach—which includes squat, push, pull, and core exercises—helps you maximize overall strength and symmetry. Whether you are interested in building your physique or simply want to be more functional in everyday tasks, sticking to an organized routine is key.

Introduction to Functional Strength Training
Functional strength training focuses on exercises that train your muscles and joints for real-world activities. Rather than isolating a single muscle group, you perform movements that engage multiple muscle groups at once—simulating tasks such as bending, lifting, reaching, twisting, and more. This approach makes the body more adaptable and resilient in everyday situations.
