We see the body as an interconnected system, ensuring we address all muscle groups and movement patterns—focusing on full body strength training through classes like our Full Body Fusion program. This 50-minute class uses free weights, plates, steps, BOSU balls, kettlebells, and bands for targeted and interval training, complementing our Thursday morning high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class.

October Fit Tip
If you’re having trouble staying with your fitness program, remember these two tips: 1) Value Consistency Over Intensity – you may find it easier to stay with your program if you don’t expect too much of yourself in terms of intensity. Strive to be consistent first and establish that routine. Remember, Just Show Up! 2) Work with a friend or friends to establish a schedule where you can work out together or find a way that you both report to each other on your workout results. This helps keep you both accountable!
